VRLA Battery 12V 90AH | Dimension: 307x169x211x215mm
GRANKIA FG90-12 maintenance free agm lead acid battery 12v 90ah keeps your critical devices powered in the harshest conditions. No maintenance needed, non-spillable and greater mounting flexibility.
AGM stands for Absorbent Glass Mat. In these batteries the electrolyte is absorbed into a glass-fibre mat between the plates by capillary action. AGM batteries are more suitable for short-time delivery of high currents than gel batteries.
Maintenance free agm lead acid battery 12v 90ah charges up to two times faster than conventional alternatives. No need for checking Electrolyte level and topping throughout its life. Sealed construction Ensures no leakage of Electrolyte from Terminal or casing.
Standard flooded lead acid batteries are the most common batteries found in cars and trucks. They are cheaper than AGM batteries, making them the preferred choice for a large percentage of drivers.
The lead-acid battery consists of (in the charged state) electrodes of lead metal (Pb) and lead oxide (PbO2) in an electrolyte of about 37% sulfuric acid (H2SO4).
The battery is a rechargeable battery that uses lead and sulphuric acid to function. The lead is submerged into the sulphuric acid to allow a controlled chemical reaction. This chemical reaction is what causes the battery to produce electricity. Then, this reaction is reversed to recharge the battery.
