Gel Battery 12V 100AH | Dimension: 331x174x214x219mm
GRANKIA FGG100-12 maintenance free deep cycle 12v 100ah gel battery is perfect for critical systems due to its ability to withstand more than 750 charge/discharge cycles at 50% DOD.
The deep cycle 12v 100ah gel battery has an extended service lifespan with a design life of up to 18 years in standby applications. The deep cycle gel battery is made of high purity materials that reduce monthly self-discharge to less than 2.5% at 77°F (25°C), 5 times lower than liquid-rich batteries. No need to recharge dormant batteries frequently.
GRANKIA battery grid technology is a lead antimony alloy grid mixture formulated specifically for use with T2 Technology. Thick grids reinforce the strength of the frame and reduce corrosion. The overall grid configuration is optimized to enhance current flow through the grid network providing exceptional battery performance, reducing downtime and lowering maintenance costs.
It is a valve regulated, maintenance free, lead acid battery. They are extremely robust and versatile. These type of batteries produce few fumes and can be used in places without much ventilation.
An average use of seven years is perfectly normal for 12-volt Gel or AGM batteries.
AGM Batteries have a lower internal resistance that allows for much faster charging and better performance under heavy load conditions. AGM Batteries will most likely also perform better than GEL in colder operating conditions, and AGM is often less expensive as an option for getting reliable power.
