GRANKIA FG250-12 best sealed deep cycle lead acid battery 12v 250ah is to charge and discharge regularly, and provide a steady stream of power.
The sealed deep cycle lead acid battery 12v 250ah is made up of cells, each cell consists of plates immersed in an electrolyte of dilute sulfuric acid.
GRANKIA utilizes the latest technology and equipment to cast grids from a lead-calcium alloy free of antimony.
Case and lid material is ABS, high impact, resin with high resistance to chemicals and flammability. Case and cover are made of non-conductive ABS plastic to UL94-HB. Depending on the model the case sealing is ultrasonic, epoxy or heat seal.
Deep Cycle Lead Acid Battery Features
1.) AGM technology
AGM stands for Absorbent Glass Mat. In these batteries the electrolyte is absorbed into a glass-fibre mat between the plates by capillary action.
2.) Low self-discharge
Storing batteries at lower temperatures. It will reduce the rate of self-discharge and preserves the initial energy.
3.) VRLA technology
VRLA stands for Valve Regulated Lead Acid, which means that the batteries are sealed.
4.) Maintenance-Free Design
Minimises technician time spent at site and on battery related callouts.
5.) Anti Buckle Separators
Internal plate buckling can kill a battery outright or simply reduce its lifespan. Our AGM separators gives the plates extra support to eliminate buckling.

Deep Cycle Battery FAQ
-
Are lead-acid deep cycle batteries good?
Deep cycle batteries are to be discharged and recharged regularly. They have strong plates inside of them that allow their power to be completely drained repeatedly without causing damage to the battery itself.
-
Should you keep lead acid battery fully charged?
Lead acid batteries must always be stored in a charged state. A topping charge should be applied every 6 months to prevent the voltage from dropping below 2.05V/cell and causing the battery to sulfate.
-
Can you continuously charge a lead acid battery?
Overcharging a lead acid battery can be just as harmful as undercharging it. If workers leave the battery in a continuously charging state for long periods of time, corrosion of the positive battery plates can occur.
