Gel Battery 12V 180AH | Dimension: 532x206x215x219mm
GRANKIA FGG 180-12 best sealed deep cycle gel battery 12v 180ah is manufactured with special separators and silica gel immobilizing the electrolyte inside the battery. The proven silica gel technology can improve battery cycle life and performance at wider temperature range.
This deep cycle gel battery 12v 180ah is perfect for critical systems due to its ability to withstand more than 750 charge/discharge cycles at 50% DOD. It is special lead calcium alloy composition, which improves corrosion resistance of grids and increases the battery service life.
The deep cycle gel battery consists of a gel rather than a liquid, so no maintenance is required to keep the battery working properly. The gel cell deep cycle battery is using advanced valve-regulated technology with a narrow operating pressure range. It is equipped with explosion-proof and acid filters to avoid acid leakage and frequent maintenance.
A high-quality 12V gel battery that is similarly cared for and regularly kept at a high charge will last over a decade and can last upwards of two decades.
Best suited for Deep cycle applications and their life is generally in the 500 to 5000 cycles range. Maintenance free. Spill proof. Minimal corrosion therefore compatible with sensitive electronic equipment.
AGM batteries are comparably cheaper than Gel batteries, but they present a longer life span and offer bigger bursts of amps when needed.
